Terms of Agreement:

Lecture-recitals fees are $700 for each program. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee performance date.
Travel is not included in the price of the lecture-recital. Travel outside San Antonio, Texas will be estimated and provided prior to confirming a booking and may include both transportation and lodging, if necessary.
The following equipment is required for a program to be booked: 1) A recently tuned small grand piano (around 6ft), 2) An appropriate performance space, 3) One microphone and quality sound system with speakers 4) One Music Stand, 5) Lighting, 6) Advance sound and lighting check with facility, 7) Publicity is the responsibility of the host, and 8) a printed program must be prepared and distributed to attendees at the lecture-recital.
The purchaser agrees to provide two checks, split equally in half, made payable to Ruth Friedberg and Flicka Rhan of Art Song Duo.
The purchaser agrees to pay in full all financial obligations including travel expenses due to Art Song Duo prior to the lecture-recital.

Book A Lecture-Recital
Lecture-recitals run between 45 minutes and an hour, without intermission. There is a fee of $700 for each lecture-recital.
